Research Summary
In collaboration with the Canadian Mental Health Association British Columbia Division (CMHA BC), this project implements an enhanced Individual Placement Support (IPS) program across 5 BC communities. This multi-methods study aims to understand and evaluate the implementation and outcomes of the LTE program (e.g., mental health, physical health, quality of life, continued barriers, employment status, program experiences) across different community contexts. This involved conducting a series of surveys, interviews, and focus groups with service providers and program clients (adults) accessing the program. Findings from this study are being used to continuously refine and tailor aspects of the program to best support client needs.
