Patient-Reported Outcome Measure of Function (F-PROM) Study

Research Summary

The Patient-Reported Outcome Measure of Function (F-PROM) is a tool developed specifically for measuring youth function which can be used to assess the effectiveness of mental health care and substance use support. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the F-PROM by acquiring youth input and optimizing the tool. We have implemented the tool at four integrated youth service centers that provide mental health and substance use care to youth (ages 12-24), including Foundry North Shore, Foundry Prince George, Foundry Richmond, and Foundry Vancouver-Granville.
