Are you a prospective graduate student interested in implementation science, neonatal care, and applied health research?
A funded MSc opportunity is available through UBC’s Rehabilitation Sciences Graduate Program beginning in January 2027. The student will be co-supervised by Dr. Stephanie Glegg, OT, PhD, Assistant Professor and implementation scientist and Dr. Sandesh Shivananda, Associate Professor and neonatologist at BC Women’s Hospital.
The student’s MSc research will be part of an ongoing implementation science project focused on strengthening evidence-informed care for bronchopulmonary dysplasia in the neonatal intensive care unit. Through this work, they will gain experience collaborating with clinicians, supporting the implementation and evaluation of clinical guidelines, examining how strategies are adapted in practice, and contributing to evaluation and knowledge mobilization.
This two-year, hybrid graduate opportunity is based in Vancouver, with in-person classes at UBC and research activities at BC Women’s Hospital.
