You probably already know that our clinical faculty play an integral role in our MOT program’s fieldwork education, but did you know that they also contributed substantially to our department’s research?

Clinical Assistant Professor Sandy Tatla, an alumna of both our MOT program and the Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science program, recently spoke with BCCHR about her role as the Director of New Knowledge and Innovation at BC Children’s Hospital and BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre.

In her interview, Sandy tells readers who her role model was, what first drew her to occupational therapy, how she balances work and family life, and what she would recommend to anyone considering a career in the field of rehabilitation.
