Course Instructor


Contact your Course Instructor for:

  • Concerns about course-specific evaluation criteria, assignments (including deadline extensions) and issues related to the specific course.

  • Issues related to a course content and delivery.

  • Short-term illness or other circumstances resulting in absence from class and/or exams.

Student Advising Office


Contact the Student Advising Office for:

  • Concerns about personal issues, (for example health/medical treatment, accessibility, bereavement, finance, harassment/ mistreatment), that are affecting or may affect academic progress.

  • Requests for deferred standing, extended leave of absence, leave for competitive sport, etc.

  • Issues related to general studies, policies and procedures.

  • Broad curriculum issues, and those related to policy and/or operation of the Department.

  • Issues that have not been resolved through other channels.
